Kezia is a sales tech writer for Selling Signals, focusing on customer relationship management (CRM) software. Prior to joining the team, she taught qualitative and quantitative research and academic writing to high schoolers, then wrote industry-specific articles for B2B and B2C audiences as a freelance writer. She holds a B.S. in development communication with a specialty in development journalism from the University of the Philippines Los Baños.
